Detective Donna Summer Wyznecki of Vegas is BACK. This time Donna is guarding a kindergartner named Penny in a luxurious penthouse suite on the Vegas Strip. And for this, she suffered through years at the police academy? After cartoons and cheeseburgers, Penny takes a nap. Donna suddenly becomes dizzy and collapses. Once revived, she realizes she's been drugged, the child is gone, and so is her service pistol. Freak!

When a ransom call comes in, Donna's career looks bleak, as does any hope of ever seeing Penny alive again.
