Gary the gopher, once full of energy and zest for adventure, wakes to a morning where he feels sluggish and out of shape, painfully aware that his legs no longer spring as they once did. Observing the lively animals around himsquirrels leaping, rabbits bounding, and birds soaringhe feels a deep longing to regain his strength, speed, and vitality. After stumbling and reflecting on his current state, he recalls a colorful building he had noticed before, where animals are actively moving, lifting, stretching, and encouraging one another. Inspired, Gary decides to take a bold step toward change: he will visit the gym, a place of exercise and growth, and begin a journey to become strong, energetic, and confident once again, filled with hope, excitement, and determination for the adventures that lie ahead.
