It was 05 May 2003, after my SSC exam, I started my first job as junior teacher at Pekua Model KG School at Pekua, Cox'sBazar in Bangladesh.
Later I worked in teaching, development, emergency and humanitarian sectors in various positions and capacities.
During my political life, as a student of 7th grade in 1999 I received my first ever training as student politician of the student wing of leading political organization of Bangladesh, Chatra Union, a leftist student group. I started understanding that beyond formal teaching, training is a method of knowledge transfer and building people to serve a group of people.
Later I conducted my first ever training in 2008 while I was working as Field Facilitator for SHOUHARDO Project implemented by COAST Foundation and funded by EU & CARE at Kutubdia upazila under Cox'sBazar district in Bangladesh.
Then I started facilitating training and teaching; and in the meantime I started taking notes and keep organizing my thoughts.
For decades, I took part in hundreds of training and workshops, developed training modules and manuals, trained trainers and teachers, developed curriculum and trained Trainer of the Training. Finally I started a business titled Zafari Institute of Project Management. Then I felt to organize all my expertise in one place and keep the things for future trainers and facilitators. The final outcome is this book.
