John Poch is Professor of English and Creative Writing at Grace College in Indiana. His poems and translations have appeared widely in magazines such as Poetry, Paris Review, The Nation, and Agni. He is the author of eight collections of poetry, and his most recent book is Notes on the Poet (Measure Press 2023). He is the series editor of the Vassar Miller Poetry Prize (UNT Press), and he recently edited the collection Gracious: Poems from the 21^st Century South (TTU Press 2020).
