P.J. Allen and C. Howard Williams have spent decades supporting international development in countries as diverse as Nepal, Egypt, Georgia, and Botswana. Work and travel globally have afforded them many extraordinary opportunities to meet amazing people and experience multiple environments and circumstances. Their focus on health, education and communication have always included counterparts from whom they never stopped learning. They have remained in touch with many of these colleagues and friends over the years and continue to correspond and work with them to this day. Allen's fictional novels also draw on many of these experiences, including Deadly Untruths, The Yeti Quotient, Lies Beneath Ellicott City, and Dead Reckoning in Frederick.
