The educational institutions as a scenario with a public where it, enlarging a disease mana relationships in equality and starting from the difference, in addition to fulfilling the Its mission from what with which it was formed, so hand in hand to the legislation in Colombia, come developing aspiring to prepare for the construction of being from the community and the environment, which will perform through the actions the transformations in the fields of socio-economic, political-cultural and Environmental, which result in the improvement of the quality of life and the integral development of people. In the Municipality of Monteria for 2020, 505,334 young people were projected (https://www.dane.gov.co/index.php/estadisticas-por-tema/demografia-y-poblacion/proyecciones-de-poblacion), in this sense, this work takes into account the guidelines established in the guidelines for the implementation of the Complementary School Day in terms of the phases presented therein, namely the phase of enlistment and planning and covering the I.E. Camilo Torres in the city of Monteria, in order to implement strategies that favor the development of this population.
