This book is dedicated to challenge and inspire all men, women, instructors, barbering professionals, and anyone else in the barbering industry. Most of all and foremost, I am ever so humble and thankful to God for putting this endeavor in my heart.
Pauline T. Hill is a wife, mother, grandmother, licensed barber, barber instructor, and (is a former barber school owner). Pauline's success is clearly the result of her ability to formulate a strong positive vision for whatever project she is working on and then taking that project to fruition. She is always working on a new idea. In May 2005, she opened T & I Barber School, named after her granddaughters. This was the culmination of a lifelong dream. She hopes to inspire others to follow their dreams.
