Cathy Lynn Taylor is a policy expert, author, and commentator based in New York. During her time at the White House, Cathy Lynn served as the National Security Council’s Director for International Finance Policy. In that capacity, she advised both the President and the National Security Advisor on critical financial issues around the world.

Cathy Lynn is an experienced Wall Street executive, having worked as a bond trader, investor and global business strategist for Fortune 500 financial services firms.
